Is the ladies gym separate?
Yes. The ladies gym is for women only and has its own private entrance. It is the largest ladies-only gym in the area, fully equipped, with a lounge to relax in.
Can I try Bodyfit for free?
Yes. You get one free day, once per person. Bring your Emirates ID, or your passport if you do not have one. ID is required. You can pick the ladies gym or the mixed gym.
Do you have parking?
Yes. There is shaded parking on site, right at the club.
Can I freeze my membership?
It depends on your plan. The 1-month membership cannot be frozen. The 3-month membership can be frozen for one month, once, for AED 150 + VAT, and the freeze is requested online. The 6-month membership gets a free two-week freeze, once. The 12-month membership gets a free one-month freeze, once.
What are your opening hours?
Sunday to Friday, 6 am to 12 am. Saturday, 12 pm to 9 pm.
Who can join the mixed gym?
Everyone aged 16 and over. Under 16s need parent or guardian details and a personal training package. Kids’ classes are for ages 7 to 15, and the parent or guardian registers the child and stays in the building.
How do I book and cancel personal training?
Sessions are one hour and can be booked from 10 am to 11 pm. A booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation on your registered number. If you booked online, cancel at least 1 day before. If you booked in person or by phone, cancel at least 4 hours before. Late cancellations are counted as a session.
Do you have a sauna?
Yes, the sauna is open. Massage and spa are also available.
Is there a Pilates class?
Pilates is coming soon. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you the moment it opens.
How much is a group class if I am not a member?
AED 84 including VAT per class.
